1) This is a friendly Wiccan/Pagan site and to keep it this way you will or may not post any of the following
1A) No hateful , distasteful, slanderous , satanism , black magic , vampirism or anything else that may break any laws
2) Also there will be no discrimination of sexual orientation, as we encourage all of the Wiccan /Pagan community to join and feel at home
2A)There will also be no copy-written material on the site unless
2B)The Original Author of the work is stated at the top or bottom of the article and or spell and given due credit
2C) We will cross check references via the internet and other resources to make sure articles/spells etc... from other sites is not posted unless it is from you the original author , at any time we may require our staff and site owners to edit and or delete post or threads that have been copywritten and or taken from other sites.
3) Banning of member accounts
3A) You will have several chances to redeem your self to avoid a possible banned account
3B) Breaking of rules will be enforced by site staff , site owners and moderators please govern your self accordingly
3C)There will be no spamming of other sites, and or posting links to external sites **This is expected to be followed**NO EXCEPTIONS and if you dont like it please go build your own site and link to your hearts content
4)Information posted on the site shall stay on the site unless it is from the original author they may do that , and or original author AND site owner(s)have given WRITTEN consent for the release of material in question
5)Site owner(s), staff , and moderators have the last say ,if a post or a thread is locked then that means it was locked for a good purpose , this also goes for threads and or posts being moderated and or deleted , if you feel your post and or thread was removed and shouldn't of been please contact site owner(s) with a copy of the original thread and we will see what we can do
6) We will not be held liable for any material that is posted each person needs to govern themselves accordingly and follow the rules
